All About Mrs. Miller
Hi, my name is Mrs. Miller. I was born in Morgantown, West Virginia. I moved to Citrus County, Florida in 1995 and have lived here ever since.
This is my fifth year at Hernando Elementary School. This will be my second year teaching 5th grade and I am so excited to begin the year with all of you! Prior to teaching 5th grade, I taught 3rd grade for three years. I graduated with my bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Saint Leo University along with my ESOL and Reading endorsements in December 2014. I completed my final student teaching experience in a 3rd grade classroom at Hernando Elementary in December 2014 and I have loved being a part of the school ever since. I have always wanted to be a teacher and have never dreamed of doing anything else. My ultimate goal is to help children succeed and realize their own potentials.
When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family. I am happily married with two beautiful daughters. We love to spend the weekends on the boat in Crystal River. I also love to travel to the mountains during the Fall season to see all of the beautiful colors.
Now that you know a little about me, I am excited to get to know all of you!
Always,
Mrs. Miller
